Our signature fonts are also a major advancement over scanned (“bitmap”) images of signatures, such as .JPG, .TIFF or .BMP images, for many reasons. First, our signature fonts are scalable, so that they can be expanded or shrunk as large or small as needed, while always retaining their original clarity. Scanned images get “jaggy” and distorted. Scanned images are also typically a rectangular “block” that’s not as flexible as a real font, and can have unsightly background colorizations. TrueType signature fonts can be overlaid over text or other objects (such as the signature line itself), and can be easily colorized like any other font – just point-and-click! Signature fonts are faster, easier and higher quality.

Getting your own signature font is fast and easy. And using it is even easier!

To have your own personalized signature font created, simply sign your name with a black medium point pen (strong, solid lines are important), scan the signature to a BMP or JPG file, and then upload the image our web site when you place your order. You will be sent back a link to download your completed signature font within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order.  Scanning and uploading is by far the fastest and most efficient method, but if you do not have a scanner you can fax us the order form(s) instead.

To make things even easier, we've created this order form which you can print and have each person fill out and sign -- it's a complete, visual guideline!  Just click and save the form to your computer and print as many as you need!

Once you receive your font, simply select your name in the list of typefaces available in your favorite program, and press “1”, “2” or “3” to print your first name, last name and initials, respectively. You can select your name and resize it larger or smaller as you deem appropriate, just like any other word or letter!
